Definitions

• Exchange network, Strong-Links, system: application located at www.strong-links.com
• User: legal entity or physical person registered in the exchange network
• Account: all data entered by a particular user
• Site: domain or subdomain added to the exchange network
• Link: www address linking to external web page in Internet
• Administrator: employee of Strong-Links

Terms of service

1. By completing sign up process the user accepts the terms of service, other requirements and obtain her/his personal account.
2. The user allows Strong-Links to deliver e-mail notifications related to participation in the system.
3. The user is allowed to add sites to the network under conditions listed below. The requirements presented below relates also to the websites appointed by the links exchanged in the network:
   • the content of the sites added has to be in English,
   • the content of the sites added do not violate any legal regulation of the country where the site is located,
   • the sites added are free of any pornographic, erotic or other "adult" content,
   • the sites added do not contain any materials related to sales of forbidden weapons nor pharmaceuticals,
   • the sites added do not contain any materials related to promotion of gambling,
   • the sites added do not contain materials promoting racism, fascism, social violence nor hatred, violating rights of any religious, national or ethnic minorities, materials that can be described as offensive or promoting immoral activities,
   • the sites added do not apply any SEO (search engine optimalisation) techniques that can be described as non ethical or do not comply to the guidelines delivered by companies that are owners of search engines,
   • the sites added are recognized and indexed by Google or Bing,
   • the sites added are not catalogues nor copies of any other materials published on the web,
   • the sites added do not contain any materials that can be classified as spam,
   • the sites added do not contain any viruses or any malicious software,
   • the sites added do not hide the links delivered by Strong-Links exchange network,
   • the sites added are informative type, contain unique, addressed for particular audience content and can not be defined as web sites created only for SEO purposes.
4. The users of the network admits that are fully responsible for any violation of the law related to the content of the sites participating in the network.
5. By joining the network the user that adds the site or link states that is a legal owner of the copyrights of the web sites matched with the links collected in the system or has a legal authority to perform operations related to participation in the system.
6. The user should install a software distributed by Strong-Links on her/his websites. The installation package can not be modified and should be installed on each subpage of the website. Additionally, the html code of links also can not be modified.
7. It is forbidden to send any kind of requests to Strong-Links servers that can be interpreted as communication between installation package and exchange network.
8. For each site added to the network the user receives points that can be spent on links exchange. The Strong-Links is not obliged to inform the user about the methods of points calculations and can change the method of points calculation at any time and recalculate the points owned by the user. In order to cover the costs of system maintenance and further service development 5% of total points is taken by Strong-Links. The remaining 95% of the points the user can spend on links exchange.
9. The system administrator can refuse the request for site/link adding at any time without explanations or can remove existing site/link. Usually, the steps described above result from violation of terms of service.
10. The user can resign from participation in the network at any time. No explanations or any other action are required to resign.
11. Exchange network employees and its network robots are entitled to check if the installation package is installed correctly, if the links are displayed correctly and undertake any other activities aimed at examination if the users comply with terms of service.
12. Exchange network is not responsible for any kind of damages or losses resulting from the use of the network.
13. Employees of the search engines companies, employees of other exchange networks or persons related with them are not allowed to register as the users of Strong-Links. To do that permission from the system administrator is required.
14. Strong-Links is entitled to change the terms of service at any time. The changes are effective from the moment when they are published here.
